Returns must be in new and resalable condition with the exception of defective merchandise. The item must be received within 15 days of the issuance of the RMA number. Please include all necessary information to expedite your credit or exchange.

Please allow 7-10 days for the credit to be issued and also please keep in mind that we do charge a 20% restocking fee for items that are not defective. You will be given credit for the amount of the item, less 20% plus shipping. (If you received free shipping with your order the free shipping is only free when the order is completed and over the limit specified. If your return brings your total under this limit then the shipping is charged at our actual shipping cost to you). Items without an RMA number will be delayed and can take up to 10 business days for processing.
