Service

To Mail Order: If you are ordering items we have displayed
on our website online, you may "Add to Cart" and then Print out
your shopping cart page. Your total will be calculated for you, print and
mail the form with your payment. You can also use your credit card and fax
your order to: 1-304-905-8295. |
Standard Delivery and Processing
Our shipping and processing charges cover all expenses related to processing
your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them
to you, related overhead and other items. Most purchases are shipped from our
warehouse to arrive within five business days of receipt of the order. Some
items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together
may not arrive in the same box. Some heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped
outside the contiguous 48 states. Any orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska has
an $18 surcharge, shipping to Canada has a $28 surcharge.
Rush Delivery and Processing
For an extra charge of $15 per address, we can arrange for rush delivery to
most destinations within the contiguous 48 states. If we receive your order
by 3:00 pm EST Monday-Thursday, you'll receive your purchase within two business
days; orders placed Friday-Sunday will arrive on Tuesday. Note: Rush service
is not available for some items.
Appropriate shipping charges are added to all orders before
shipping that are being processed for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
If you need shipping quotes for these areas, please use our contact form and
to receive a shipping quote.
Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock
items may take longer. In addition, please allow up to 6 business days from
the day your order has been shipped for ground deliveries. Additional freight
charges may be applied for oversize packages. It is possible that some items
may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks weeks due to color,
style, size, manufacturer delays or other unforeseen circumstance. Shipping
prices are for locations in the continental United States. If you have any

Backorders - Product Delays - Out of Stock Items
Backorders are a result of manufacturer
delays in producing products to be shipped directly to Totally Girly or its
customers. Totally Girly may choose to partial ship an item and backorder
the remainder of any ordered items and ship that item at a later date at no
cost to the customer. It is possible that some items may be temporarily out
of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to color, style, size, manufacturer
and mill delays or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will
be notified only if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer
available.
Special order items and specialty items such as silk bedding, down comforters,
all velvet items, hand crafted quilts, special order bed skirts, special order
canopy tops, special order bedspreads, Italian Linens, canvas & vinyl futon
bedding, and some vinyl bean bags-chairs can take up to 22 days to process.
Do items often get back ordered?
Unfortunately, sometimes one or more items may become back ordered. This means
that the manufacturer does not have enough stock to send us our order. If a
back order occurs on your order, it will be promptly sent to you as soon as
it arrives!!
When will I be charged and how quickly
will I get my order?
Your order will be processed hours after you place it. Our anti-fraud system
authorizes your form of payment as you place the order. Orders are charged when
they are shipped to you unless it is a backordered item and then we charge when
the item hits backorder status. We immediately place the order with the manufacturer
if it is not in stock in our warehouse. Most items are ordered directly from
the manufacturer and can take 3 weeks to receive, depending on the manufacturer.
How about Returns
and Exchanges?
Totally Girly strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise
and a fantastic shopping experience. Here are our RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICIES,
we take these very seriously to protect our customers and prevent confusion
later. Please read before you place your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Occasionally we drop ship orders directly from our supplier or
workroom; the return address on your shipment MAY NOT say Totally Girly.
You MUST obtain an RMA number
to be considered for a refund. Use our convenient Returns
form for processing.
Approved refunds will be processed minus our original shipping charges and the
customer pays return shipping costs.
Returns will only be accepted if they are in original condition and in original
packaging. There are NO returns on custom bedding. There are NO returns on personalized
items or cut yardage.
RMA numbers are good for 7 days, after which they expire. If we receive your
package after the 7 day expiration, we will not be able to process your refund.
Can I cancel my
order?
Because many of the items we carry are either ordered or made just for you,
we allow only a 24 hour cancellation window. You will have 24 hours from when
the order is PLACED to cancel your order. Please cancel by e-mailing cancel@totallygirly.com
and include your name, date of order, order number and items ordered or you
can call us toll free to ensure we receive your cancellation request. Please
be aware of these policies before you place your order.
Is it safe to order
through your website?
We use sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to protect the security
of your personal information that you share with us. We deeply respect your
privacy and work hard to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience for you.
We NEVER sell or publish your information to other parties.
What is your policy
on refused items or bad addresses?
We will charge you a $30 re-stocking fee if your order is returned to us because
it was refused upon delivery. This fee will be charged to your original form
of payment.
What about custom orders, can I cancel those orders?
There are NO cancellations or RETURNS on orders that are custom made for you.
Many of our designer bedding sets are created just for you after you order.
Those items may not be returned or refused. Please check with our Customer Service
Department for more information or details on a particular item. Custom-designed
furnishings, bedding, accessories, gifts and other made-to-order items cannot
be returned or exchanged.
Do you charge sales
tax?
Totally Girly operates in West Virginia, we are required to collect 7% sales
tax on orders shipped to a WV address. Those who live outside WV will not be
charged sales tax.
What are my payment
options?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express,
and we now accept PayPal. Credit card charges will appear as CK Enterprises.
Cashiers Checks, Checks and Money Orders are also accepted.
Can I order via
mail or fax?
Absolutely! Our fax number is 304-905-8295. Please make out your Cashier's Check,
Check or Money Order to: Totally Girly and mail to 17 Sunnyside Court, Bldg
1, Wheeling, WV 26003. Include the item, quantity, price and brief description.
We will call you to confirm your order before we process it.
